These terms govern your use of the BeBrilliant platform. Please read them carefully.

Welcome to BeBrilliant! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeBrilliant platform, website, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeBrilliant ("Platform") at bebrilliant.in, its mobile applications, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BeBrilliant Education Pvt. Ltd. ("BeBrilliant", "we", "us", or "our").
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 11 years old to use BeBrilliant. Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date.
2.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) copy, distribute, or republish any exam questions, course content, or proprietary materials; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems; (e) use bots, scripts, or automation to access the Platform; (f) engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including sharing exam answers during live tests.
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use at support@bebrilliant.in.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Pricing
Prices for paid courses, test packs, and subscriptions are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. BeBrilliant reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with advance notice to existing subscribers.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). BeBrilliant does not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.
3.3 Refund Policy
For digital courses and test packs: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the content. For live exam registrations: refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled exam time. Scholarship programmes and counseling sessions are non-refundable once completed. To request a refund, email billing@bebrilliant.in with your order ID.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform Content
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to questions, solutions, videos, study notes, graphics, and software — is the sole property of BeBrilliant or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
BeBrilliant grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to download (unless expressly permitted), resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
4.3 User Content
By submitting queries, feedback, or other content to the Platform, you grant BeBrilliant a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Guarantee of Results
BeBrilliant provides educational tools and resources to help students prepare for exams. We do not guarantee specific exam scores, ranks, or admission outcomes. Academic success depends on many factors beyond our control, including individual effort and external exam conditions.
5.2 Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeBrilliant's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to BeBrilliant in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We encourage you to contact us first at legal@bebrilliant.in to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal legal proceedings.
7. Termination
BeBrilliant reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account by emailing support@bebrilliant.in. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any associated data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
